Matthew Innamorati is co-founder of Mettle Midstream Partners where he serves as Chief Executive Officer. He is focused on value creation through midstream project development and execution, acquisitions and divestitures, and strategically leading the company with a strong set of values and principles.
Prior to co-founding Mettle Midstream Partners, Mr. Innamorati was a founding partner, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development for Align Midstream Partners. He oversaw all acquisition and divestiture transactions, was responsible for the negotiation of partnerships with E&P producers and of corporate-level agreements, and managed corporate development affairs. In October 2017, Align successfully sold to Enable Midstream Partners for $300 million.
Previously, Mr. Innamorati served as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group, a global management consulting firm, where he advised a $100+ billion international conglomerate on investment opportunities in North American shale basins. He previously served as an analyst at a Dallas-based long/short hedge fund, Bonanza Capital. He was also a Summer Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Department in New York City.
Mr. Innamorati earned a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He currently serves as co-chair of the Financial Analyst Program Advisory Council at UT’s McCombs School of Business and is an active member at Highland Park Presbyterian Church.
